"I am emailing in regards to the customer service I received while visiting the Alltel store in Newton, KS by the consultant Lucas Eggleston.  Previous visits to larger stores in Wichita have involved long waits and little interaction with the consultant outside of wireless business.  The representatives at the T2 Wireless location created conversation outside of the business end and created a friendly environment.  Outside of providing great customer service, Lucas and the store manager Jeremy came across as good, hard-working individuals who enjoyed their job and the ability to provide a service to the customer.  This is an aspect not experienced at the larger corporate stores in the big cities and something continually becoming of less importance.  The team at the wireless location made the cell phone exchange process easy and provided all necessary information to make the process efficient and simple for the customer." -Adam B

"Hannah Kersting has been a lifesaver, and went so far beyond anything we expected from a sales person!  We are actually staying at the Days Inn Liberal for a few weeks with our pilot car service, and met her in the breakfast room.  She was always in a great mood and laughing with the guys.  A few mornings we just chatted before we found out where she worked, and she gave us her card saying if we ever needed anything to call!  I actually got a call from my wife going crazy about one of our bill, so I had her fax it here to the hotel.  However, I wasn’t able to make it in to the store during their business hours, so Hannah gave me her cell phone to call when I could.  As it turned out, she met me in the Lobby of the hotel AFTER work (which I did feel bed about, but she insisted it was no problem!)  They had charged us for some (I’m not sure what exactly) charge that wasn’t ours, and Hannah called right there and got it fixed, saving close to $200 dollars!  She also helped Tim and Aaron with their phones, showing them some cool stuff that those knuckleheads didn’t know those blueberries could do! I cant believe someone, especially so young, is so focused and likes her job so much that she goes so far out of her way to help people!  She explained your company T2 Wireless, and its goals and motto, and I honestly feel like I really did Experience the Alternative.  She obviously dedicated to you all, and when she talks about her job and her bosses, you can tell she really loves it.  She’s a great girl, and we all wanted you to know it!" -Darrel B

"After years of bad or negative experiences at cellular phone stores, I was at a store in Newton, The Alltel store and had a great experience with more answers than I had questions for.  I’m not sure of his title but a guy named Jeremy with tattoos was awesome to me and 2 others that had questions while I waited.  Just wanted to say people skills and maybe company training go a long way.  I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and know what customer service is.  Also another employee of this Alltel store also got in on the conversation about the Alltel/Verizon merge, maybe Aaron was his name. 
Either way, no need to respond, just know that these guys know their jobs and do well with helping others."

"I am sending you this email today to praise an employee that has went out of her way to help my husband and I on various occasions.  Jackie Carroll she is such a wonderful girl.  I went into you store to upgrade our phone line several months ago and this is when I met Jackie.
Recently my husbands mother was in the hospital in Wichita and during this time we received overage charges on our phone, (I tried to contact customer service on my own and got absolutely no where and was ready to cancel our phone service) a short time after I saw my Alltel girl at Dillon’s where she was glad to stop and talk to me about my bill told me not to worry and actually came to my work the next day to discuss the matter with me and also helped me learn the ringtone on my phone as well.  I thought this was just marvelous as a lot of times I get busy and don’t have a lot of time during business hours to take of personal things.  Well Jackie ended up getting us a credit on our account of over %150.00 and made customer for life thru all of this.  Thank you so much for your time.

"I have been an an Alltel customer for 10+ years, currently I have 5 phones on my account. I learned several years ago to go to T2, but the last week, even T2 exceeded my expectations. I have been into the store several times to get some information, but last week Hannah Kersting at the WalMart location, was more than helpful, she was exceptional. I was able to get four new phones, renewed contracts, expanding to data service on two additional lines, and I was fully aware of what was happening and what it was costing each step of the way. This week she had the equipment ready, worked to get all of the lines and phone info switched over, and got everything working on one visit.
Having a couple of small businesses of my own, I am sure you are aware of the level of service that Hannah provides to customers, but just in case, I want you to know that how impressed I was, and that I wish she worked for me!" -Randy M

"In the business world of today, it seems we only hear from customers that have complaints and because we are so busy, it’s rare for people to take the time and say “great Job”.  I would like to take that time to say “great job” for an employee.I live in Newton and have been an Alltel customer for quite a few years as I’ve renewed my plan on several occasions.  At the end of June, 2009, I renewed my plan and purchased a new phone, HTC Pro.  As with previous plans, I always include insurance (although I’ve never personally had a claim during my service with Alltel) because one never knows what is around the corner.  The phone was quite expensive, but I needed the Wi-Fi capability and full keyboard for my employment.  Well, within two weeks after buying the new phone, I was on vacation, slipped and fell into the ocean myself,purse,phone and all.  After I got back from vacation, I took my phone in hopes it could be repaired.  While the battery didn’t show water damage, the phone itself won’t operate.  The next step was to file a claim with Assurion.  At first I tried over the hone, but they kept telling me my model had to be replaced with a lower comparable model because the HTC Pro was no longer available.  I then started a claim over the internet, but again same thing.  The models they tried to give me did not have Wi-Fi or full keyboard, each of which were a critical requirement for me.  After many hours later and several different phone calls to the insurance company, I went to the Newton office of T2Wireless.  The whole staff was very helpful and it was gratifying they recognized my frustration and was willing to help.  We tried again with a call to Assurion Customer service; however, they kept trying to comp me with a phone that didn’t have the 2 features that I absolutely needed.  The store was really busy during this time but Lucus Eggleston took me aside and called Assurion.  It took a while, however, he was able to get to advanced customer service and in a professional manner, explain the difference between the phones, prices and features, etc. and help them understand they were offering me a lower phone that didn’t meet my two main needs.  All in all, Lucas absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty in “going to bat” for me.  Because of his knowledge and extra effort, the insurance company authorized a replacement phone with the exact features that I need for work.  If not for his intervention, I would have ended up with a phone with “settled for” features.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Lucus’ time and effort!  It is that type of customer service that will always make sure I’m a repeat customer and I will definitely recommend the Newton office/store to anyone I know (and that is a lot of people). "My husband and I came into your store in el Dorado yesterday, where we met Hannah and Mike!   Hannah greeted us at the door and introduced herself, and I feel bad now because I wasn’t in the greatest of moods, but she never quit smiling and it was hard not to cheer up around her!  We had Alltel pre-paid, sort of trying out service after we left Sprint, and it worked great so decided to come in again and sign up.  After a few questions, I decided the email and web on my phone would probably rock, so Hannah showed me her pearl, and I fell in love!  My husband wanted whatever I got, and since the Pearl was only $1, we decided to get his son Benny one also.
The customer service I received in your store was something I’ve never experienced.  She was amazingly friendly, made the entire thing fun, but still got us taken care of expertly!  I’ve been to stores in Wichita where you feel like your boring or wasting those reps time, and they always seem to screw everything up!
Mike and Hannah got along well, helping each other with activating and everything, and it was easy to see they liked their jobs!  So whatever it is you guys are doing or teaching differently, Keep It Up!  You’ve got a great crew down in El Dorado (I don’t remember the other two’s names) and I wanted to make sure you all knew that!!"
