Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by T2 Wireless are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
Opened packages for any headset or accessory attachment designed to go into the outer ear and/or ear canal may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Memory or Computer software products are only returnable in unopened packaging.
If you do not agree to the terms of the prepaid wireless service agreement, do not use the pin to initialize service or scratch the coating off the back of the card. If you activated service without a card, do not initialize service by making a call. Return the card and/or any wireless phone you received with this agreement to the place of purchase within 30 days with the original sales receipt. No refunds will be granted after 30 days or if the card has been used, if the coating has been scratched off, or the account has been initialized. No cash refunds will be processed at the store.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Verizon service within the first 30 days, you can end your agreement, return your phone in like new condition and pay only for the service used.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to retail postpaid Verizon Plans and new phones purchased only through T2 Wireless Inc. Guarantee does not apply to prepaid calling plans or other service from Verizon.
The equipment guarantee provides the option to return or exchange equipment purchased within 30 days from the purchase date, provided; the equipment is in like new condition (no visible signs of abuse), has all of the original packaging with the proof of purchase intact, accessories, and a copy of the original invoice.
